1- The present Conditions of sale have as object to define terms and conditions applying to all sales concluded directly with LRT Editions or by the www.lrt-editions.com website.

2- Order : You can order a product on this website. When you place an order to purchase a product from LRT Editions, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt and containing details of your order. When you visit LRT Editions or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. In order to valid your order, your informations can be the subject of a data computing process. This computer processing's purpose is to analyse the transaction and to fight against credit card fraud.
Further documentary evidence of address and identity should be asked for a certain kind of order.

3- Availability : We list availability information for products sold on our the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what is written on website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

LRT Editions website propose subscription orders. A release date is given for such orders as an indication. This release date can be changed through force of circumstances. In any case, as soon as the article becomes available, LRT Editions tries hard to send articles to the customers having reserved.

For books in the course of reprint, we cannot communicate of definite delay. These articles are sent to the customers having reserved them as soon as they are once again in LRT Editions' supplies. At any time, customers can cancel this reservation.

4- Prices : product prices are displaid in euro, net, french VAT included (5,5%). Delivery cost is not included. Books are under french law of single price. Products ordered are charged the amount displaid at the moment of the order. All orders are charged in euro. See delivery costs for customs' charges.

5- Delivery cost : the delivery costs vary according to weigh and destination. If more than one order are placed on LRT Editions website, delivery cost will be charged for each order. If ordering products from LRT Editions out of EEC, you may be subjected to import duties and taxes, wich are levied once the package is delivered in the specific country. Any additional customs' charges canot be predicted by us and must be borne by you.

6- Delivery : We deliver our products at the address you specify us, in EEC or Overseas. International customers and customers dispatching products internationally should be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

7- Payment : LRT Editions website allow you two secure payments :
- Paypal
- Credit Card payment (Visa Card or Mastercard). You must keyboard in the appropriate area (secured by SSL encryption) the number of your card without space between figures, his date of validity, as well as its code of control (3 digit numbers at the back of the card). Before validating your payment, and proceeding your order, we suggest you to check attentively keyboarded figures.

8- Guarantee :
Goods provided by LRT Editions are new and guaranteed against any defect at the time of their deliverance. The agreement on offer is made on the basis of the descriptive data sheet of the product. If a product occured to be faulty or not conform, we promise to replace it or to charge you back for any claim sent in a maximum delay of 1 month (31 days) from the date of purchase.
In delivery, we suggest you to check your parcel 's content and the compliance of the bought products. In case of problem, and having performed your claim in a one month from the date of the purchase, you will be able to send us your package in return, in standard delivery cost, with the matching LRT Editions' Invoice to : LRT Editions - 95 allée de Pierras - 31650 Auzielle - France.
Goods dirtied or damaged by the customer will not be taken back.
Return delivery expenses will be charge back within the limits of a standard delivery cost. Replacement will be fast and in any case in a 1 month's delay from request. Any charge back will be done in a 15 days delay from the package's reception date.

9- Governing law and jurisdiction :
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under french laws. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Toulouse city (France).

The french law n° 78-17 (6th january of 1978), dealing with computers, files and liberties, give you access to rectification, modification and suppression of your datas.

10- Customer's accepting :

By confirming theseTerms and Conditions during order, the customer declares to accept order as well as all the articles of the general conditions of sale. Because of this, He gives up to cite any contradictory document and more particularly its own general conditions of purchase.
